Here are recipes that contain less than 5g of net carbs per serving, and are keto-friendly. Unlike total carbs, which include fiber and sugar alcohols, net carbs take into account the carbohydrates that the body can't digest. Because net carbs refer to the carbs that have the most effect on blood sugar, many prefer to use this number instead of the total when counting carbs. In short, net carbs = total carbs - fiber - sugar alcohols.
