Happy Earth Day! If only mints can grow on chocolate, right? Here’s a guide for turning my cauliflower chocolate muffins into mounds of delicious chocolatey earth! It’s a perfect treat to eat outside and enjoy the sunshine and beautiful outdoors.
You'll First Need to Make the Muffins
Ingredients Used to Make This
**I've linked some of these ingredients to amazon.com to give you an idea of what they are, but you should also be able to find them in your local grocery store (usually, the natural & organic food section). They are also affiliate links, which means that I earn a commission as an Amazon Associate if you decide to purchase the items. The price will be the same for you, link or no link 🙂
Where did you get the flower pots?
The flower pots I use are actually "flower pot shaped melamine bowls." I used the 2oz sized ones, which used to be sold in Amazon but no longer. I managed to find a set of 6 which you can find here. But to be honest I think it's totally fine to just use the clay planting pots like these. And you can also use them to plant something afterward!
