If you are someone who is big on breakfast, it’s important to start your day on a healthy, and of course, a delicious note. Having said that, nothing can be as healthy and delicious as the frosted cereal blackberry yogurt bowl. The yogurt bowl is made from the breathtaking layers of yogurt, cereal, and frosted blackberries with the drizzle of raw sugar and parfait to make a bowl of breakfast that kicks up your energy levels. In fact, the addition of some walnuts and roasted sunflower seeds will enhance the nutritional content and add some crunch and crisp that complements the softness of blackberries and yogurt.
