- The Base - 1 cup unsweetened plain yogurt, greek yogurt or dairy free coconut yogurt
- Stir Ins - 1 Tbsp of almond or peanut butter, 1 Tbsp of or honey, or maple syrup or coconut sugar
- Topping - Top with banana hearts, chopped mixed nuts, honey nut or cinnamon Chex cereal
- Nutritional Boosters - Stir in ½ tsp of cinnamon, 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder or 1 tsp of instant coffee granules for more flavor
