All you need are three ingredients to make this healthy Coconut Flour Porridge: coconut flour, water and salt. Everything else is optional 🙂

Here’a a perfect low-carb yet incredibly delicious breakfast porridge! Made using just coconut flour, salt and water (almond milk if you want it to be creamier), all of these ingredients are high fiber and surprisingly filling, so you don’t have to worry about the calories the while enjoying a yummy breakfast – what more could you dream of? For those who want a more indulgent version, you can also enhance the nutrition and flavor by adding a bit of honey, almond butter, walnuts, sesame seeds, or flaxseeds. Topping it all, the strawberries and frozen blueberries will add much-needed freshness to the bowl.
Ingredients Used to Make Coconut Flour Porridge

- The Base - ¼ cup coconut flour, cooked with 1 to 1 ½ cup of water or almond milk until thickened
- Stir Ins - a pinch of salt, and if desired, can sweetened with 1 Tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- Topping - Top with almond butter, sliced strawberries, walnuts, flaxseed, pepitas and sesame seeds.
