- 1 wedge Low Fat Laughing Cow Cream Cheese , or 2 Tbsp of fat free cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp water
- ½ cup powdered sugar of choice , use powdered erythritol for low sugar, low sugar option
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, unwrap and place the Low Fat Laughing Cow Cream Cheese wedge.
- Add 1 tablespoon of water to the bowl.
- Using a fork or a whisk, blend the cream cheese and water together until smooth and well combined.
- Gradually add ½ cup of powdered sugar to the mixture, stirring continuously until the glaze reaches a creamy and consistent texture.
- Once the glaze is well mixed, it's ready to be used.
