  • 1 wedge Low Fat Laughing Cow Cream Cheese , or 1 ½ Tbsp of fat free cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • ½ cup powdered sugar of choice , use powdered erythritol for low sugar, low sugar option

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, unwrap and place the Low Fat Laughing Cow Cream Cheese wedge.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of water to the bowl.
  • Using a fork or a whisk, blend the cream cheese and water together until smooth and well combined.
  • Gradually add ½ cup of powdered sugar to the mixture, stirring continuously until the glaze reaches a creamy and consistent texture.
  • Once the glaze is well mixed, it's ready to be used.
  • Drizzle the Laughing Cow Cream Cheese Glaze over your favorite baked goods such as muffins, cakes, or cookies.
