Korean Spicy "Fried Chicken" Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp gochujang
- ⅓ cup brown sugar , can also use sugar free brown sugar substitute
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp ketchup

- In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the heated oil and sauté for about 1 minute, or until the garlic becomes fragrant.
- Reduce the heat to low and carefully stir in the gochujang, sugar-free brown sugar, dark soy sauce, and ketchup.
