Indulge in the rich, buttery goodness of a No Cook Keto Caramel Glaze that's perfect for elevating your favorite treats. Made with a blend of creamy peanut butter, collagen peptides protein powder, and sugar-free pancake syrup, this glaze adds a luscious caramel twist to your banana bread, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and more.
Stir for a whole 1 minute, until the collagen mixture turns thick, and slightly translucent like caramel. The longer you mix, the more thicker it becomes.
Add molasses to add color (can omit if desired)
Drizzle over your favorite baked goods such as cakes, cupcakes, donuts, or cinnamon rolls. You can also use it to glaze cookies or muffins.
Notes
**I used Vital Protein's Collagen Peptides Powder. I used a standard measuring cup to measure out the protein powder, but for reference: ¼ cup of collagen peptides was equivalent to 2 scoops, or 20 grams*If using regular maple syrup, you'll need to add ½ Tbsp of water to the peanut butter mixture before you add the collagen peptides powder.***Molasses adds a beautiful caramel color and richer flavor
