  • blend ½ cup of ice cubes with ⅓ cup of unsweetened almond milk and 2 packets of stevia. Drain excess liquid before scooping the ice into a bowl.
  • Top with fresh mango cubes
  • Then with sweetened red beans
  • Sprinkle on konjac cubes.
  • Drizzle with honey, maple syrup or agave syrup if desired.
