Sugar Free Lemonade Jello Made in the Microwave

Ingredients
  

  • 4 packets (or ¾ oz) of unflavored gelatin I used Knox
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 cups prepared sugar free lemonade example recipe here

Instructions
 

  • In a large glass microwaveable bowl or measuring cup (4-5 cup capacity), dissolve 4 packets of gelatin power in a ½ cup of room-temperature water. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Microwave this mixture until hot, about 90 seconds
  • Pour up to 4 cups of the lemonade into the prepared hot gelatin mixture and whisk until no lumps remain.
  • Pour the entire mixture into a glass pyrex pan or individual ramekins. Let cool slightly and place in the fridge overnight to let the gelatin set completely.
