Konjac Chicken Salad Sandwiches

4 slices sandwich bread of choice 4 Tbsp mayo , any kind 1 cup chicken breast , cubed 1 block konjac block , washed 2 Tbsp scallions , finely chopped
Wash the konjac block in water, then cut into cubes
Prepare cubed chicken breast and scallions, finely chopped
Mix konjac cubes, chicken breast, scallions together with mayo of choice (full fat or low fat)
Stuff konjac chicken salad into sandwich bread
Eat as is or slice in half.
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning for more flavor
