Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices sandwich bread of choice
  • 4 Tbsp mayo , any kind
  • 1 cup chicken breast , cubed
  • 1 block konjac block , washed
  • 2 Tbsp scallions , finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash the konjac block in water, then cut into cubes
  • Prepare cubed chicken breast and scallions, finely chopped
  • Mix konjac cubes, chicken breast, scallions together with mayo of choice (full fat or low fat)
  • Stuff konjac chicken salad into sandwich bread
  • Eat as is or slice in half.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning for more flavor
