Got a craving for chocolate? Learn how to make this intensely rich and healthy chocolate that’s prepared in the microwave and only takes minutes to take. It’s made using just 3 ingredients, one being refined (scentless) coconut oil. You won’t believe how easy it is to get your chocolate fix with this easy recipe!Makes 1 large chocolate bar = 3 servings
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave. Measure out the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 20-30 seconds until melted.
Add the cocoa powder
Add the stevia powder or liquid stevia, to taste.
Pour the coconut-cocoa mixture into a silicone chocolate bar mold.
Let the chocolate harden in the fridge for about an hour. Enjoy!**
Notes
*While 3 Tbsp of cocoa is just perfect, you can add up to 4 Tbsp of cocoa powder if you want a more intense chocolate flavor. **the coconut oil in the chocolate makes it difficult for the chocolate to maintain its proper texture in room temperature. Store any leftover chocolate in the fridge.
