Greek Yogurt PB Fit Protein Bars (Only 4 Ingredients!)

  • In a clean bowl, mix the dry ingredients: protein powder and powdered peanut butter
  • Next, add in the Greek yogurt, using your hands to knead and get the dough to combine together.
    NOTE: Add more powdered peanut butter if the dough is too soft, add more yogurt if the dough is too thick. TRY TO ADD A TEASPOON of liquid AT A TIME! The final dough should be firm, but soft enough that you can roll the dough into a ball without it falling apart.
  • Add the mini chocolate chips
  • Shape dough into a rectangular mound, then wrap in plastic wrap or an airtight container
  • Let the dough set in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  • Slice into 5-6 bars.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*I used Orgain plant-based vanilla protein powder. Other protein powders also work but the amount of Greek yogurt may  change. Whey protein powder worked, but the result was gummier.
