2Tbspgranulated sugar of choice, such as monk fruit sweetener. Can also omit if desired
Instructions
In a clean bowl, mix all ingredients together and stir until no visible clumps of powder remain
To make a thicker frosting, add more powdered peanut butter. For thinner frosting, add more yogurt
For best results, transfer the bowl to the fridge and cool for about an hour for the frosting to set.
Fit the mixture into a piping bag and use it to frost cakes and more!
Notes
*When using regular non-Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt of choice such as almond, coconut, oat milk based yogurts, add 2-3 teaspoon more powdered peanut butter to thicken the frosting since other yogurts aren't as thick as Greek Yogurt.
